Progresstech-Ukraine summed up the results of the competition of projects for organizational development of the company submitted by employees of administrative divisions. The purpose of the event is to update and improve existing business processes, formalize proposed innovations, and develop personnel potential.

The competition was announced in July 2024, and already in October of this year, the implementation of the best project proposals will begin with the direct participation of their authors.

The project "Effective Communication", aimed at the formation of optimal language behavior in a professional environment, won first place in the competition. It is about improving the skills of conducting negotiations, participating in meetings and meetings, preparing documents and business correspondence, taking into account the needs of each department of the company. It is planned, in particular, to improve the practice of using the Ukrainian business language by staff and to raise the level of command of spoken English.

The following project proposals were also recognized by the competition jury:

• "Veteran corporate policy" - based on the current list of forms and means of support for Progresstech-Ukraine employees mobilized to (or discharged from) the military, it is proposed to implement a separate veteran corporate policy taking into account the opinions of the veterans themselves;
• "Introduction of Lean technologies into the company's work" - improvement of internal processes in Progressech-Ukraine through cost reduction and optimization of the interaction of divisions, increasing the value of the company as a service provider and as an employer;
• "Automation of business processes" – in-depth automation and standardization of the company's document flow processes.
