Progresstech-Ukraine became a laureate of the annual All-Ukrainian HR Pro Awards, which is considered the most prestigious award in the field of human resources management. Progresstech Academy, the company's educational project, won in the "Learning and Development" category.

 HR Pro Awards was founded by the Ukrainian Association of HR Professionals. The task of the award is to identify and honor the best specialists and projects in the field of personnel management. This year's list of laureates largely reflects collective success in overcoming wartime challenges that required resilience, flexible thinking and non-standard solutions from HR teams.

 Progresstech Academy, recognized by the expert jury of the HR Pro Awards as the winner among corporate educational projects, is a complex of online courses in aerospace engineering. The courses are intended for students of bachelor's certificate programs of KPI named after Igor Sikorsky. Progresstech-Ukraine launched them in 2022 at the height of the Russian invasion. Therefore, the online mode of engineering training was chosen not by chance - it greatly simplified the participation of students in training in the conditions of the active phase of the war.

 For the effective organization of online studying, the management team of Progresstech Academy used a distance learning management system (Learning Management System). This software product made it possible to effectively administer classes and control activities, and also provided students with round-the-clock access to theoretical material, test and seminar tasks.

 Another important feature of the Progressech-Ukraine project is that it is implemented as an element of the training of engineers using a dual form of education. In particular, the development and teaching of all thematic courses and conducting practical classes are carried out by the company's leading engineers with many years of experience in the programs of the leaders of the aviation industry.

 Education is free for students. Progresstech-Ukraine took over all the financial costs of organizing and conducting classes.

 Today, about 130 students are taking engineering online courses. Participation in Progresstech Academy became for them the initial stage of integration into the professional environment. Students receive specialized engineering knowledge and skills based on practical experience of project work according to international standards.

 Therefore, students of higher technical education have an opportunity to see for themselves that Ukraine really needs professional engineers. Ahead of them is a prestigious job with a competitive salary, prospects for career growth, the acquisition of an international engineering category and participation in large-scale aerospace programs as part of international engineering teams.

 We will remind you that earlier Progresstech Academy has already won the recognition of the expert environment . At the end of last year and at the beginning of this year, it took prominent places at once in several ratings of socially oriented practices of Ukrainian business, introduced during the period of full-scale Russian aggression.
