Design of structural elements of the pylon - a supporting streamlined structure for attaching the engine nacelle to the wing:

• creation of 3D models of system brackets - structures for fastening components of on-board systems (electrical and hydraulic),

• development of installation models (simulation of installation of brackets on a pylon),

• modification (change of 3D models) of system brackets,

• creation of a digital definition (Model based definition, MBD)* of brackets - annotated 3D models containing all the necessary engineering information regarding the geometry of the product (dimensions and tolerances), manufacturing of parts and assembly of the structure, its operation and maintenance.

Design support for production was carried out at the customer's facilities.

* MBD technology allows you to completely abandon the use of 2D drawings.
