In the first half of 2020, the number of Progresstech Ukraine employees increased by 14%, to almost 1,000 people. At the same time, in January-June of this year, the company created about 100 new highly intellectual jobs and increased the engineering staff to 920 engineers.
In addition to market offers for experienced engineers, Progresstech Ukraine also aims to employ young professionals. In the first half of 2020, about 50 graduates of the company's training programs for future engineers joined the Progresstech Ukraine team.
Progresstech Ukraine traditionally prepares students and graduates of technical universities for engineering work. Training is conducted usually at educational centers created by the company in the largest student cities of Ukraine – in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
This year, Progresstech Ukraine continued to train its engineering reserve, despite the global COVID-19 pandemic. The company's training centers were able to quickly adapt to the quarantine measures introduced in Ukraine in March 2020. They successfully transitioned traditional offline classes into distance learning.
