Progresstech Ukraine summarized the results of the project competition for the company’s organizational development. The purpose of the event was to update and improve existing business processes, formalize proposed innovations, and develop personnel potential.
The competition was announced in July 2024 for employees of administrative units. And already in October of this year, the best project proposals will begin to be implemented with the involvement of their authors.
The “Effective Communication” project won the competition, aimed at optimal language behavior in a professional environment. The project is about improving skills for conducting negotiations, participating in meetings and consultations, and preparing documents and business correspondence, taking into account the needs of each department in the company. In particular, it is planned to improve the staff’s Ukrainian business language skills and increase the level of spoken English.
