Progresstech Academy is the best corporate educational project of the year – HR Pro Awards

Progresstech Ukraine became a laureate of the annual All-Ukrainian HR Pro Awards. This is considered the highest expert evaluation of merit in the field of human resource management. The company’s educational project Progresstech Academy won in the “Learning and Development” category.

Progresstech Academy is a set of online courses in aerospace engineering for students in undergraduate certificate programs at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Progresstech Ukraine started them in 2022, at the height of Russia’s armed attack. The challenges of wartime determined the choice of online learning, which greatly simplified students’ participation in the courses given the conditions of the full-scale war.

The project is as an element of engineer training in a dual education program. In particular, the company’s leading engineers, with many years of experience working in programs with aviation industry leaders, develop and teach all the thematic disciplines and practical classes.

Education is free for students. Progresstech Ukraine took over all the financial costs for organizing and holding the classes.

Today, about 130 students are taking the engineering online courses. Participation in Progresstech Academy is the initial stage for them in integrating into the professional environment. Students receive specialized engineering knowledge and skills based on practical project experience according to international standards.

Therefore, students in higher technical education have the opportunity to see for themselves that Ukraine really needs professional engineers. Ahead of them is a prestigious job with a competitive salary, prospects for career growth, and participation in large-scale aerospace programs as part of international engineering teams.

Previously, Progresstech Academy gained recognition from the expert community. At the end of last year and the beginning of this year, the project took prominent places simultaneously in several ratings of socially-oriented Ukrainian business practices introduced during the active phase of Russian aggression.
