Progresstech Ukraine started new training class for aspiring engineers

Considering the demand for airspace services, Progresstech Ukraine has hired new people and opened a second training class for aspiring engineers. The new class provides additional training for engineers in production planning and manufacturing. It is offered in the Kyiv design company center and is equipped with 20 computer stations.

The first group of young engineers – graduates and senior students of technical universities – has already started their training. They successfully passed recruitment tests in March and were enrolled as production planners and manufacturing engineers.

The one-month course includes additional design and technical studies for aspiring engineers.

Upon graduation, students will complete a pre-design workshop. Later on, the new employees will receive international certification and be attached to different design groups.

In 2013, Progresstech Ukraine equipped the first class for young specialists in its design center. Stress engineers will gain additional expertise and knowledge there.

The study program for new engineers has become an integral part of the multi-level adaptation system, pre-design training courses, and professional growth of employees. It enables Progresstech Ukraine to provide ongoing training for new emgineers for large-scale international aircraft projects.

With the well-run training system and upgraded staff skills, Progresstech Ukraine was able to increase its engineer personnel by 5 times.

In light of current employment trends in the aircraft sphere, Progresstech Ukraine is preparing for a 60% increase of its engineering team in 2019-2020 – up to 1,000 more engineers.
