Progresstech Ukraine will add 240 advanced positions during 2019 and expand its professional staff to 870 engineers, a 40% build-up. During the next year, the number of engineers will increase to 1,100. The company has developed about 70% in two years, driven by growing orders from leading aircraft producers.
This is not the first time Progresstech Ukraine has had to significantly increase staff recruitment. From 2013 to 2018, the engineering team had a 5-fold scale-up, in sync with growing demand for the company’s services.
